First. The hotel was beautiful! Clean, nice big rooms, and beautiful views. Its location is prime. Second, praise to the staff. I have a big family....and we all are horribly loud people. But they allowed us to be outside in the pool area until 2 in the morning. We know we were annoying, and tried to keep ourselves in check, but the staff was really cool about everything. This is a great spot for a nice weekend. Small couple or big family, doesn't matter, you're going to have a great time.
The grounds are beautiful. Very peaceful. The buildings from the outside look great but the rooms could Definetly use some help. All the furniture is old and worn and the living room furniture is far from comfortable. 2 of the coffee cups were broken and dangerous. The stove did not work well. If they spent a little money on the inside of the units...it would be a 5 star. Right now 4 stars is generous.
Beautiful, huge two bedroom suite with the biggest showers I've ever seen. But upholstered furniture was stained and we could never get the place warm even with the thermostat turned high (of course usually it doesn't get as cold as it was during our visit). Quiet and clean, beautiful view of Marina and harbor. Two nice places to eat on the property.
I have never started a review about the housekeeping but their housekeeping was amazing. Rooms were cleaned every day, new towels, etc. . The attention to detail from housekeeping was what struck me. Everything was in place, clean, perfect. The whole facility is fresh, looks like new rugs and paint. People are helpful and pleasant. Quiet with great views over the Marina. Would certainly recommend!
I don’t know where to start! Great location, spectacular sunset and beautiful rooms! A GREAT place to stay at for a anniversary so pretty and romantic. You have to drive a bit to get back into normal civilization, shops etc. Great place to stay! There could be a little to change though, old furniture, privacy. If you have a bigger family you may want to get another room instead of sleep in the family room. There are loud noises at night like the heater and the ice machine. Other than that, great place!
